Austin, TX -  President Obama just went to Cuba, and all he got was this lousy t-shirt.

Well, at least that's what Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller wants you to think.

But hold your horses, Y'all. There's more to this picture than meets the eye!

Yep, there's been some Photoshop activity around here, and Ag Commissioner Miller has some 'splaining to do.

Miller posted the "doctored" picture on Facebook apparently hoping to stir up anger against the Prez by associating him with Leftist revolutionary Che Guevara.

Miller included a caption in which he rebuked the president for not returning to the US following the terror attacks in Belgium.

Then Miller said of Obama, "I believe his actions are disgraceful. Do you agree?"

That certainly got Texans riled up.

The only problem is, the t-shirt picture was actually taken back in 2009 when the president was visiting a research lab at MIT. And instead of Che, the t-shirt featured a couple of nerdy equations- a far cry from the truth.

So far, Miller hasn't responded to critics who've pointed out the deceptive pic.

However, the president did pose in front of a  Guevara mural in Havana.

But no t-shirt souvenirs were involved.

In the meantime, President Obama probably won't sit by his phone waiting for an apology.
