The study found that chances of being audited are upped for people who live in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., and yes, Houston. Get this: the study says the richer you are, the higher your odds of being audited become.
So, who’s most likely to fudge? The study says construction company owners and real estate rental firms are more likely than other business owners to get creative come April 15th.
