KENTUCKY -- Hey fellas, if you're looking for an extra little pick me "up" in Kentucky, gets going to be harder, to get a prescription at least. Thanks to a new "Viagra Bill".

Kentucky state lawmaker, Mary Lou Marzian, has filed a bill that would require men to have at least two office visits and swear on a Bible they are married before a doctor could prescribe them erectile dysfunction medication. But it's not what you think.
