WOLFFORTH, TX – There’s more fallout from this viral video of McKinney, Texas, police officer Eric Casebolt roughing up some rowdy teens last week.

Casebolt resigned and apologized, and that really upset Karen Fitzgibbons, a teacher in the Frenship Independent School District in Wolfforth. That’s in West Texas near Lubbock.

In a Facebook post that is no longer available, Fitzgibbons wrote that Casebolt should not have resigned.

She then really stepped into it by writing that "the blacks are the ones causing the problems and this 'racial tension,'" and that she’s “almost to the point of wanting them all segregated on one side of town so they can hurt each other and leave the innocent people alone."

Fitzgibbons apologized, but the school district went ahead and fired her, saying her remarks “do not reflect the views of our district, teachers, and staff.

North Miami Senior High School principal Alberto Iber had his own teachable moment. The school board fired him after he posted a comment on the Miami Herald web site that the Mckinney officer “did nothing wrong,” adding that “he was afraid for his life. I commend him for his actions.”

Then there’s the video that’s supposed to show an anglo woman and an African-American woman trading punches outside that pool in McKinney just before the incident with the teens.

An outfit called “Dallas for Change” tracked her down as a possible Bank of America employee.

Bank of America responded by tweeting that she works for a vendor.

That vendor has suspended her while it looks into what happened during the fight.

Dallas for Change wants to know if she had anything to do with loan denials to African-Americans based on any racial bias she might have.

From the looks of things, this is a story that’s going to be around for a while.
