HOUSTON, Tx. -- Everyone knows Houston is one of the coolest places to live in the country, but what’s the best zip code to live in?
If you're thinking it's River Oaks, then you're wrong. It’s actually West U.

Real estate website Movato  ranked more than 28,000 zip codes in the U.S. based on income, commute time and home prices. They say zip code 77005, West University Place, is the best zip to live in Houston and number two in the nation. H-town has some other zip codes in the top 100.

Bellaire or 77401, ranks 16th nationwide (and second in the area). 77046, the Upper Kirby area takes the #61 spot and it doesn’t take a brain surgeon to figure out, 77030, the Med Center would make the list at #80.

If you’re zip was “zilched” and didn’t make the list, take comfort in knowing your taxes are likely lower.
