NEW YORK - No doubt 9/11 is a day that will forever be etched in everyone's memories.

But after years of back and forth about the reconstruction of the World Trade Center, it's finally open and back in business -- more than 13 years later.

About 175 Conde Nast employees moved into the new and improved 104-story skyscraper Monday morning and more than 3,000 other employees will move in early next year.

1 world trade center stands 1,776 feet tall in lower Manhattan -- just steps away from the original towers destroyed in the terrorist attacks.

The construction took over eight years to finish and cost close to $4 billion.

That's a whole lot of money, but for New Yorkers and America, the view is priceless.
