HOUSTON (CW39) – Along IH-69 Eastex, the southbound frontage road U-turn at San Jacinto River was closed overnight on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 2:12 a.m. This will remain closed until further notice. The northbound Frontage Road U-turn closed at 4:42 a.m. on Tuesday and still remains closed due to high water from heavy rains.
