HOUSTON — Our own Maggie, Houston host of EyeOpener in the mornings, competed in the 2016 Celebrity Dairy Goat Milking Contest at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
She was among 24 local celebrities “milking it out” for 60 seconds of goat-milking fame. Maggie took back her 2014 title of Celebrity Dairy Goat Milking Champion. Flecknoe’s strategy of soothing her goat worked, sending her straight to the top.
“We bonded,” Flecknoe said. “I like them to feel comfortable. You just have to get in a rhythm.”
