HOUSTON (CW39) – There was a Complete Roadway Closure Alert along IH-45 North at SH 249/ Mount Houston Rd. Northbound lanes are impacted by a hazmat spill after an 18-wheeler crash occurred at 4:53 a.m.
Two lanes are now getting by as the clean up continues.
