HOUSTON, Texas (KIAH) – Ragweed is likely the culprit if you are feeling a little under the weather today. Counts have remained high for ragweed pollen all week so far. This weekend’s rain could mean better conditions for us, as it would help “clean” the air. Grass pollen is in the moderate range.

On the flip side, today is a good day to be outdoors if you don’t suffer from allergies! Air quality is good; an improvement from earlier this week. There is little to no risk involved with spending ample time outdoors if you suffer from asthma or any other respiratory issues.
